NSM Region 2 held a Christmas party on December 3, 2016. Some of their members met with some new recruits and talked about their happiness with the recent election. They discussed their plans for the Region and celebrated with a decorated Yule tree.

The National Socialist Movement headquartered in Detroit, Michigan held an event on November 5th, 2016 on the steps of the State Capitol in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Nevada's Background Check Initiative "Question 1" passed on Wednesday, November 9th, 2016 by a narrow margin. Question 1 is supposed to make it more difficult for disqualified purchasers from obtaining a firearm. It prohibits, except in certain circumstances, a person from selling or transferring a firearm to another person unless a federally-licensed dealer first conducts a federal background check on the potential buyer or transferee.

The attorney-client privilege can be one benefit of using an attorney to work on a legal matter. The Nevada Legislature has recognized the attorney-client privilege in NRS 49.095.
