The National Socialist Movement headquartered in Detroit, Michigan held an event on November 5th, 2016 on the steps of the State Capitol in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The NSM describes that on November 5th, 2016 they held their rally on the steps of the State Capitol despite threats of violence. They hold an annual event every year, and this was their annual event. There was a heavy police presence with many officers in armor and tactical gear. Multiple law enforcement agencies were present. NSM’s Commander spoke about corruption present in the Republican and Democratic parties. NSM states that people are becoming less ‘politically correct’.
NSM mentions in its report that after the speakers were done with the event they took photos and returned to their hotel and later participated in camaraderie.
